Highly recommended Pleasentdale Ambulatory Care in West Orange .They arranged for a driver to pick me up and drop me back home after my procedure. Excellent patient care.All the staff were very friendly and professional .Dr Ali ,The register nurse Lu , Dr David the Anesthesiologist ,nurse Nick . I wish I remember all the names. Thank you all so much .🙏❤️

I went to this facility for a procedure which, I was not looking forward to. I was very pleasantly surprised. The office area was very clean and nicely decorated. Seating was very adequate. The staff was very professional and efficient. Checking in was quick but thorough and easy. The staff was the absolute best. I was assisted by a nurse every step leading up the to surgery. There was someone with me each step to explain procedures to make sure I understood every thing. After the procedure I awakened to a nurse helping as I recovered from the anesthesia . My belongs were brought to me. I was given a light snack all the while the nurse was attentive to my needs. Finally I was dressed and ready to leave. The nurse walked me out to a waiting car and I was on my. Transportation was provided and the driver was pleasant as well. The day after I received a follow up call to make sure that I was doing well. I am very grateful to each person who participated in my care. This staff is very will trained and are very good at what they do. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience. Cathy Chapple

Thankfully, Nicole Salamon went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue quickly and fairly. She was professional, patient, and truly cared about making sure I wasn’t overcharged.
