Staff at front desk very nice. My husband had cataract surgery and was taken in the back what was suppose to be approx 2 hrs. After 2 hrs. I went to desk and asked his status and was told he wasn't even taken yet...why wasn't I notified. He should go in OR shortly. Never rec'd a text or phone call regarding his status...an hr later he is wheeled into the patient waiting area..wow!!! Again, was never contacted from one staff member. Will never return to this facility again. I just heard today 12/18 from Jennifer, an Administrator at the Surgical Center of Burlington County to apologize for not updating me with my husband's status on his eye surgery. She said they were backed up and it's something that should have been communicated to me. They are going to take measures to see that family members are kept in the loop as to the status of their family member. I hope to return to this facility in the future when we need eye surgery. The staff was very nice when spoken to. Our doctor was exceptional, too! Thank you for reaching out, it has meant a lot. Thank you.

Thank you Burlington County Eye Associates for this eye opening experience! Dr Scimeca is a Top notch surgeon who cares about his clients. The staff is very attentive and my cataract surgery was a breeze.

The experience with the surgical staff was wonderful. They addressed the issue and fixed problem while also dealing with massive anxiety for eye surgery. Would recommend this practice to any one in need of cataract surgery.

Had both eyes done removing cataracts with up graded lenses. Was a success, and the staff at the surgical were welcoming well staffed helpful and professional. I was referred to this Doctor by two of my Neighbors and I give my highest recommendation for this Doctor for anyone having vision problems.
