I've had great experiences, my elderly mother who has had two knees and a hip done with Dr. Tripurenini (hope that is right, great guy) and my father also had both knees with GREAT success. I go here every 3 months for knee injections and it is the quickest and smoothest process it could be. Looks like reviews here are all 5 star or 1 star, and that's probably the nature of working with people in pain. My family has trusted at least Dr. Tripurenini with our life and well being and have been very satisfied and grateful.

I had ACL reconstruction surgery yesterday, and the care I received was outstanding. My pre-op nurse Heidi was especially great! She made me feel so calm before the procedure and she was able to get my IV on the first try, which is atypical for me, as I have very small veins. Dr. Chapman did a great job of explaining everything to me for post-op, too. He’s been a great orthopedic doctor for this whole injury’s course. The anesthesia team were fantastic: my biggest fear was that anesthesia typically makes me extremely nauseous and they took that to heart and gave me lots of therapeutics to prevent it and I didn’t have any nausea at all. Even the receptionist & billing specialist were super friendly and helpful.

I see I’m not the only one with this problem-the billing practices are disorganized, dishonest, and and just straight up wrong. I set up a payment plan, then reviewed all of my documents and saw I had paid everything in full. I called and called and emailed, but every month the money came out! I got my bank to block the payments finally, then today I was told they’re sending me to collections because I’m “one month behind” on my payment plan, despite not owing any money. The woman at billing started interrupting me the second I mentioned their numbers were wrong and kept repeating that my card declined and that I hadn’t paid my bill in October. No matter what I said she would repeat herself. I will regret my behavior when I’ve calmed down, but I will admit I yelled at her. I haven’t yelled at anyone since I was assaulted while bartending 10 years ago. I’m honestly shocked and disoriented over losing my temper like that as it is not typically in my nature. I am responsible for my behavior, but it says something about their billing that they are the first to break me since a man put his hands on me (I’m a woman)

My friend had her shoulder replacement here and it was an amazing experience. Everything went so smooth and all of the staff were very professional. They helped a stressful experience to be relaxing. The post op care and teaching made the transition to home a breeze. We highly recommend.
