We went here for surgery on a broken leg. No wheelchairs for the public to use, and they left my husband sitting in the waiting room for his scheduled surgery for well over an hour while his leg continued to swell because there was no accommodation for his injury. The reception staff were unsympathetic and unhelpful. There was a big maintenance truck parked in the carport when we arrived, making access very difficult.
