I recently had surgery done At this facility, and I must say I was very impressed. The staff nurses and doctors were very helpful In every way they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable even the transportation that was provided for me to get to my appointment was very polite and helpful . Definitely five stars. I highly recommend this facility.

Good doctors, but the way people handle people leaves much to say, social distancing is not being respected in this place, without mentioning that there was a sick person next to me. they are supposed to respect the health of others and be prudent and not put so many people together at medical appointments.

This place is highly unorganized and like a zoo. There is absolutely no reason! why our appointment was scheduled for 11am and we are still sitting here waiting to be seen at 2:30pm. Other people that were supposed to be seen before us have left already (of course) after going back and forth with staff due to such a long wait time. The staff, doctors, etc are abusing their power by doing this. Not to mention the first time we came we waited over two hours. If it wasnt for my boyfriend's surgery already being performed we would go somewhere else in the blink of an eye. And let me mention how my boyfriends uvula was badly messed up and damaged during his knee surgery due to the staff not properly placing the tube after they put him to sleep. A higher power (without prior knowledge to Avicenna, secret shopper kind of deal) needs to come monitor & evaluate how everything is run here. They are treating their patients like this because they know due to their insurance their options are limited. Treat your patients and your practice like you were properly trained to.

My daughter had surgery at this center on 3/17/2016. I'm really afraid that my words won't do this place justice. It was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had at a medical facility. EVER! The staff was absolutely amazing. Every single one of them. They treated me and my daughter almost like family. I wish I could give them 1,000 stars. Great experience.
