I did my colonoscopy there yesterday (2-14-26). The staff, of mostly young ladies, were very nice, friendly, considerate and compassionate. The Gi Dr was cool too. Besides the almost 3 hour wait, it was not a bad experience. Also, the place was clean. I'll be back in 5 years ✌🏻

This place is ridiculous. They have patients(seniors) waiting 2,3,4hrs AFTER the scheduled appointment time. This is truly unacceptable. They need to get better smmfh

I brought a Family member to an appointment for a endoscopy procedure at 10:30 am and I can’t believe she came out at 3:05 pm in the afternoon. Is hard having to deal with the process you go through the day before coming to the appointment and then wait here next day for ever to be call inside. Ya guys have to do better

A horrible place, they make you wait forever. My colonoscopy was at 12:30 I arrived at 11:35 because that's what the secretary told me on the phone. they did it at 5:30. A terrible experience. You know what? Waiting hungry and with a headache. If you don't want a headache and a bad time, don't go there. Don’t go don’t go this place uyyyyyyy nooooooooooo terrible The white American doctor, with a hurried expression, was desperate to leave.

My parents and I had a pleasant time at this location. I had to reschedule a few times because of my parents work schedule and every time the receptionist, MARIA, picked up she was very patient and caring. Once we arrived, my parents and I were treated with so much care. Thank you Maria for making sure we were taken care of attentively. 🥰
