My experience at Brook Plaza was amazing. From the person that checks you in, to the office staff, to the nurses who prepare you for surgery, the were all amazing. If i could give 6 stars i would. Thank you to you all.

The doctors are fine. It is the front desk/office staff. They are rude, disrespectful, and down right just nasty and carry an attitude around with them. They don't make patients feel welcome and it's a shame because most of the patients are older in age. I have been here on three separate occasions and they are always in a heated argument with one of the guests. They need to be either restaffed or retrained in hospitality. If you can go to any other facility, go there. Do not come here unless you want to have a bad day. I overheard one of the nurses talking badly about a patient right out in the open. Talk about unprofessional.

This was the best place ever. My mom recently had cataract surgery there and 99% of the people who worked there were the nicest people ever. Trevor was phenomenal and deserves a raise. He made sure we were doing ok the entire time we were there. All of the nurses were patient and amazing, I was truly shocked after reading some of the reviews. They let me stay with my mom the entire time until she had to go into the OR. I read one negative review where the lady said she was sitting in folding chairs, that had to be for the wrong place (see photo of waiting room). Heads up though we were there for three hours start to finish for a cataract removal. So bring something to keep you busy if you’re going to be waiting for a loved one.
