My experience would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for the extremely rude front desk representative, Jazmin. She showed no compassion or empathy and actually brought me to tears during check-in. However, the doctors and nurses are absolutely amazing—truly 10/10. Joseph DiGregorie will brighten your day the moment you meet him. He’s incredibly gentle, patient, and caring. Dr. Daniel Nekola has the best bedside manner; he takes the time to sit with you and explain everything step by step. The entire nursing staff is wonderful—you feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout your experience.

Would give zero stars if I could just because of the billing department. They made me payy deductible before I had my procedure and when insurance ended up paying them, they have not refunded my money and it’s been 5 months!!!! Crooks and the billing department is not handled internally so you can’t get anyone to actually talk to or escalate the issue.

Dr. Silver did a great job repairing my rotator cuff on 6/5/2023 he's a good doctor honest & has the patients best interest at heart not $$$. The security guard at the front desk was rude but that was the only downside of my entire experience. The receptionist was kind. Dr Ly anesthesiologist was amazing nurses Gene & Christina were patient & kind. The person who made my experience unique was Giuseppe he made me feel so comfortable like he was my friend kept my family well informed and was a doll. Thank you to all of you. Kindness makes a difference.
