The doctor was kind and respectful, and provided clear recommendations after the appointment. The staff that attended to me were excellent. Nurse Vanessa was very attentive & comforting! The Asian anesthesiologist (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) was an angel! & Dr Batalov is great!

As far as the actual procedure, the entire staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were friendly and pleasant. The one complaint (and this is not the first experience here) is the scheduling. The entire team knew exactly how long each portion of the procedure would take. I don't think it's fair to schedule 15 people at 9:30 and have everyone door there waiting for two hours and a half hours. Your skills should allow you to be better at scheduling this. It's simply not fair to have to wait that long for a procedure so routine

I have had nothing but a good experience with this center. Everyone does their part to contribute so that the patients feel comfortable and our health taken seriously. We face so many issues with discrimination in health that it is important to reward those verbally with commendation for doing their job with great pride and compassion towards all. And for me that's important. Our communities suffer from a lack of honor ,respect and compassion for black,and brown people and low income families. Especially when it comes to going to Dr's, hospitals,clinics in general. But when we experience good care that is fair towards all we express that. So I thank everyone who has taken care of me for the past few yrs. My prayers are always with you and your families. Dr R I want to especially ty for not prejudging me, for listening to my complaints and following through with respect for me as your patient. The fact that you heard me will always remain with me.
