I went to my appointment and did everything that they asked for my minor surgery that i was supposed to have on January 6th and literally the day before they canceled it without any reason so they rescheduled it for today January 20th and the day i was scheduled to get my covid test done we were getting a very bad snow storm making it impossible to get to the appointment and the lady Carol Ann gave me a very awful time over the phone and treated me like a little kid so with that I'll never intend to recommend camillus surgery center to anyone very awful experience and especially that lady who need's to learn how to speak kindly and respectfully over the phone to patients.

I had foot surgery today they made me feel very comfortable and very friendly. I recommend anybody goes there for surgery.very clean I had a fantastic experience there I felt very safe there!!

Went past my appt time! Didnt tell me they were going to put me to sleep. One nurse had poor bedside manner, she was very rude until I called her out on it! Other than that everything went well.
