I would recommend Cortland Surgical Center to anyone. They were so organized, efficient, clean, and some of the most friendly medical staff I’ve ever encountered. Our little 5 year old had a procedure done and the staff made us feel comfortable and well-prepared every step of the way. Exceptional experience!

10/10 ASTOUNDED by the level of care here. The kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism that met me every step of the way was just something ive never experienced. I came to these guys for a second opinion for my 3yr daughter after being horribly brushed off by the first ENT we tried to see. Firstly? I showed up for the appt the wrong day. Over a month early because I put it in my calendar wrong, front desk was so sweet. Offered to have me at least fill out the paperwork I needed so it wasnt a wasted trip. They ended up making time to see my daughter that day. Dr. Kumar was so informative with us, took his time explaining everything and double checking we all understood what our options were. He wasnt pushy, or impatient. Genuinely heard every question and concern and addressed them. And as a parent that is SO comforting. Surgery day comes up a month later and again I'm floored by the thoughtfulness of this group. Front desk is making sure we have everything we need, the nurses are so patient and kind. Every member of my daughters team introduced themselves at some point and was so sweet. Through it all my little 3 yr didnt even get scared, didnt cry, or even show signs of nervousness. Everyone made her so comfortable. I cannot reccomend or praise this team enough.
