Once again, Great South Bay Endoscopy did an outstanding job with my procedure today — their entire staff is incredible! I want to personally mention Mary, Nicole, and Olivia for providing the best continuum of care anyone could experience. The facility is conveniently located, spotless, and maintained with exceptional hygiene standards — truly A+ care. The staff’s concern and compassion are unmatched. The anesthesiologist was terrific — he listened carefully and accommodated my needs with the utmost professionalism. Dr. Rahul Bajaj, MD, is one of the best doctors on Long Island. His bedside manner is second to none; he makes you feel comfortable, takes the time to explain everything before the procedure, and genuinely cares about his patients. Although prepping for a colonoscopy the day before the procedure is always a horrendous experience the team at Great South Bay Endoscopy (almost 😂) made up for it. Everyone I came in contact with starting with Theresa, the Receptionist, was extremely friendly, professional and respectful especially Mary and Christian. Dr.Oak from Brookhaven Gastro, always friendly and very professional performed the test. Dr. Rus, was the Anesthesiologist!! Thanks to everyone for making my colonoscopy experience the best it could be!! 🤗

I was horrified (mostly of anesthesia) because this was my first serious procedure ever, and all the staff in this office were beyond AMAZING they made me literally feel loved and like family! They didn’t baby me, they treated me like a human and made me laugh and gave the most uplifting vibes! I had Dr. Pillai who was amazing but I’m sure all of the doctors are phenomenal too. They comforted me and then when it was time for procedure they put me out so quickly that I didn’t even have time to panic… 1 second later I was awake and all done! The best endoscopy experience I think I could’ve ever had.
