Good Goddess

Overall I had a good experience. Dr. Scuderi and his team were good. The room was clean and the aftercare was amazing. They put my personal effects in a locker. If I’m honest they could improve with the pre operative calls, when they called a week prior to surgery they told me that I should have been off one for two weeks prior, but they didn’t notify me of that, which caused me slight stress. Upon arrival the team was great, from entering, going back and getting prepped, the aftercare was all pretty smooth. The I.V. was inserted and meds administered through IV. The entire team came in to check in with me and introduce themselves. The surgeon came in and made sure I was ready. I felt at ease and comfortable. When I woke up the nurse was very sweet, she gave me a snack and made sure I was dressed. She checked in frequently and seemed like she really liked her job. She was absolutely great. I am on the mend, hoping healing goes as smoothly as the surgery.

Fabulous place, doctors and staff.. I have had MULTIPLE surgeries here since my crash a few years back. ALWAYS had a great experience. The doctors, nurses and ALL the staff are great !!

Non stop errors all the way around. Scheduling, procedure mix ups, constant confusion and baffled staff
