If I could give lower than one star, I would. They told us to come at 12 o’clock and at 1 o’clock they still had not brought my husband in for his procedure when we questioned how much longer they brought him into a room in the back only to sit there for another hour and a half- doing nothing, just to appease us so we weren’t in the lobby. The whole procedure should have taken one hour and instead we have been stuck at this godforsaken place for over three hours

2/2025 Still a family member is not allowed to be with the patient the excuse “not since covid” come on people no one likes visitors but its necessary! Go anywhere else this policy ended years ago. This center is taking advantage and using covid as an excuse!
