Don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to do endoscopy or colonoscopy! Staffs are no patient and very unprofessional at all. They make patients wait for hours and no explanation. They rush through their steps this is ridiculously!

Let's face it, no one is excited to have a coloscopy. Nevertheless, I had a great experience. All the staff was great & very helpful. Once I got my gown on & was place in the staging area the staff kept checking on me offering blankets and just in general making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Lee, the anesthesiologist was so kind and had a calming effect even before she administered the drugs LOL. Then I was taken into the room where the actual procedure would take place Dr. Wang spoke to me, & we joked around with put me at ease. Next thing I knew I was back in the recovery room and Dr. Wang came to discuss my result which were great, told him I'd see him in 5 years.

Dr. Yao is a phenomenal doctor. He and his staff are extremely thorough and take their time diagnosing and treating their patients. Will definitely return. Worth the wait!

First time getting an endoscopy and I was beyond terrified but the staff made me feel comfortable so I was able to trust them through the entire process. The staff was so sweet to me. The anesthesiologist continuously comforted me even when I started to panic. The procedure went smoothly and was quicker than I expected. Thank you Dr. Wang & Staff, I truly appreciate you all!
