I have been going through this place for probably 7 years and I've had all types of injections in my cervical spine, lumbar spine, in my sacral area and my hip. Ever since I've been going there, I have never had any problem or any issues with any of the nurses or Drs that treated me while I was there.They always treated me with a smile even though you can see that they were having a ruff day but they still do their job with a smile and kindness like a professional. I've seen 3 Drs since I've been there and they've been professional. I'm seeing Dr corn now for my procedure's and she is awesome with communicating with me as she's doing the procedure. She's takes her time to make sure that, the needle is in the correct area where she needs it. It's not just poke and ok your done. She makes sure she's gets where she needs to with the injection so the patient can hopefully get the best and longest relief from the injection. I just had a cortisone injection between S1-L5 and she took her time making sure that, the needle was in the correct are. She made sure that I was ok doing the procedure when she was putting the needle in the correct area. The staff, Drs and the professionalism of their team was a A+ Ty

I had an epidural cervical steroid injection yesterday at Northway Surgery and Pain Center, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team. From start to finish, I was genuinely well taken care of. Check-in at reception was simple, quick, and pleasant. Pre-op with Josh set the tone for a calm experience. His explanations were clear, his personality was kind, and he made sure I understood every part of what to expect. Kristen placed my IV port with absolute grace. It was completely pain free, and her calm, steady voice was exactly what I needed during a stressful moment. In the OR, Brittney was just as lovely and caring. She stayed with me, offering reassurance while we waited to begin, and it made such a difference. Of course, Dr. Rebecca Korn was fantastic. She never makes me feel unheard and never makes the appointment feel rushed. That is incredibly important to me when receiving treatment. She is always informative, patient, and compassionate, and I knew I was in excellent hands. After the procedure, the staff member who wheeled me out of the OR (I’m so sorry I did not catch your name) was incredibly sweet. Thank you for wiping my makeup after a few emotional tears. Making sure I didn’t feel embarrassed meant more than you know. And last, but certainly not least, is Susan in post-op. She is exactly the kind of nurse you want by your side. She was knowledgeable, kind, meticulous, and thoughtful. She reassured me about the redness on my chest after the procedure and explained everything I needed to watch for in the most comforting way, without causing fear. She even called me later the same day to check in and make sure the redness had improved, and she followed up again the next day with her nurturing, encouraging words. She is truly a doll. Thank you to every single one of you for your empathy, skill, and compassion. You made a difficult day easier, and I appreciate each of you more than I can say. I had a great experience as they removed my broken Spinal Cord Stimulator and installed a new system.. Entering the building to exiting, everyone was very nice and professional.. Everything was top notch.

I have a high amount of anxiety when it comes to medical issues, and when I went here for my procedure I was over the top anxious. The staff, especially Josh, were incredibly patient and understanding. What's more they actively sought to support me in getting calm and ready to go through with the procedure, despite how much extra time and attention I requires to do so. The entire staff clearly conveyed that they wanted to completely support me through the experience. The procedure required that I return 2 days later for a second step, and, thanks to the response from the staff on day 1, I was able to arrive in a much more confident and relaxed mindset, knowing that I was once again going to be supported by the entire staff. Thank you to the entire team for the way you treated me, you really have helped me get through something that has already provided a huge positive impact on my life and that if my family.

Amazing experience! I was very nervous to have surgery, Josh was assigned to my case and helped walk me through the pre-op/post-op instructions. I felt a lot of relief while working with him, he took his time to answer all of my questions and provide all of the information to not be in such high distress. The anesthesiologist was amazing as well as my doctor! Overall great experience.
