I had cataract surgery at Premier and was blown away by everything from the receptionist, the nurses and doctors. I was their 1st patient on Nov 4th and they all made me feel comfortable. Their compassion and professionalism truly impressed me. I’ve had other types of surgeries, usually at a hospital and never have had such a pleasant experience that I had at Premier. Hopefully I never have to have any other surgeries, but if I do, I want it to be at Premeir Surgery Center on Southwestern Blvd in Hamburg NY

Went for a first time procedure and I couldn't have been more pleased with every aspect of my experience. From the easy check in, to the prep before the procedure, to the anesthesiologist, and finally the procedure by Dr. Corasanti. A+++++ experience. The staff were so nice and made me feel so comfortable for what I thought might be an uncomfortable experience. I'm mad at myself for needlessly worrying about what turned out to be such a smooth experience. I highly recommend this clean and bright facility and the amazing staff. They have a great team working together here and they deserve the recognition. My heartfelt thanks to this facility for making me 100% comfortable.

I had a procedure done sept 30th 2023 after a colaguard positive test for colon cancer. Dr. Corasanti and his entire staff were top notch. From the blonde nurse who met me at the counter to the young lady with purple hair who took my vitals also the Anesthesiologist who got the IV in on the first try.. great people.. thank you for everything. Was very nervous prior to procedure... The entire staff did everything possible to put me at ease

The nurses and doctors were very competent and personable. The office staff needs better management. The full waiting room were made privy to a patient 's credit card information because he didn't have insurance. He was forced to give this information over the phone to the anesthesiologist office, where everyone in the waiting room could easily overhear. Many of us were appalled at how the situation was managed. Discretion and Respect is really not that hard, especially in a professional setting.
