NEGATIVE ONE STAR IS MY RATING!!!! Horrible experience!!!! I had an 11:30am appt that THEY thought was the next day. Then I get here 10:50 am and still did not have my scan done and the time is now 1:00pm. I was told by the girl in the front that it was 4 ppl ahead of me and it would be a while when I first arrived. The 2 front desk girls were ok no attitude or anything. I said ok and have quietly waited the last 2 hours but I am too fed up! It takes 30-45 mins per person and it seems they only have one tech working with one piece of equipment. Avoid Citimed in Jamaica AT ALL COSTS just go to Lennox Hill if you want professionals to do their job and get you in and out in a timely manner respecting your TIME and injury and NOT HAVE YOU WAITING forever 🙄🤨😡

I went to this place for an MRI and the little lady in the front was extremely nice and patient with me. After my visit, she called and had a driver to pick me up and take me home. Will most definitely come back, she made my short time there worthwhile 😀

Whether this site is understaff or do not care about their patients; I had a 9am appointment and no one is in the building 20 minutes after 9. I was told yesterday to come early to my appointment and no staff member is here. There is currently 2 patients in waiting room with absolutely no staff. This is a security issue and please be aware that showing up your appointment early is useless
