Everyone at Crystal Run Ambulatory Surgery was amazing! They know how to make you feel comfortable during your time there. From the warm greeting to the warm blankets provided and everything in between. Lexi, Susan, Naiymah, Caroline, Christine, Sara, Dr. Croen and anyone that I missed thank you for provided such wonderful care.

I had a Great experience today at Crystal Run Ambulatory Surgery Center. At the front desk, I was greeted by Jen T., who was warm and welcoming. I then was taken to Pre-Op by Trish, who helped put me at ease. Once in Pre-Op, Trish, Janice H, and Caroline got me ready for my procedure with Dr. Alex Gershenhorn. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Gershenhorn spoke with me prior to the procedure and went over everything with me. When I woke up from recovery, Janice H helped me reorient to my surroundings. Dr. Gershenhorn, met with me in recovery to explain his findings and check on me. I had a wonderful experience with EVERYONE involved with my care.

What a super team of compassionate professionals!! From our reception by Jen T., through prep by Trish in pre-op, Maria (I/V - didn't feel a thing), Dr. May, Sarah, Dr. Gershenhorn & his team(absolutely the best GI doc), finishing out with Kelly & Sara in recovery - a wonderful experience. Thanks to you all for making the very best of a not-so-pleasant procedure!!

Great experience and care at the surgery center. Jen T. at the front desk was welcoming and made the check in process easy. Annie made the pre-op process easy. Jane the OR nurse was friendly and made me feel at ease. Christine in recovery was great. Overall it was a great experience and everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

One of the best experience for a procedure. Ivette from front desk was very professional and sweet made the check in fast and easy. Gina and Karen were very knowledgeable and nice. Dr. Zachary Koffman the anesthesiologist was clear and communicative with all the processes for the treatment. Dr. Kirchhoff was fast and precise for the surgery . The nurses at recovery were very friendly staff, Kane, Asem ,Dee and Sunny. The one really tall nurse, I didn’t recall her name there. She was very kind, sweet and helpful it made me feel cared and valued. I really appreciate the service at this facility. Thank you for all the good work. Keep up please people need it.
