I had an unfortunate surgery done here and I just have to say, every single staff member was so friendly and sensitive for the reason why I was there. Nurse Jaime was truly one of the nicest nurses I’ve ever had. Even met one nurse in the elevator, I didn’t know she was a nurse at the time and she was so friendly. She asked if we needed help getting to where we needed to go and was overall just a sunshiney person. And another nurse, I forgot her name because I was out of it from the anesthia, but she took care of me at the end and was just so warm and attentive, getting me whatever I needed and made sure I was ok. It was not a happy day for me at all, but the staff was truly amazing and it made the process so much easier.

I had caterak surgery in the past 2 weeks for both eyes. The staff there was amazing. Nurses Jamie, Maria & Carol went above & beyond. They made me feel very calm as I have high anxiety. Dr. Deegan medical director was so accommodating for me as I had other medical issues as well as the anesthiologist assisgned to me. Dr. Trivedi was fantastic. All in all it was a great experience. Today I had a procedure with Dr. Shaw OBGYN, the best! He excels in technique is empathetic, patient and kind. My Anesthesiologist was superb.She met my every need and was pro active in my care. Every nurse from pre to post op were exceptional! Being a seasoned nurse myself, I have been around many many nurses but these nurses were awesome!! I cannot thank everyone enough and highly recommend this Surgical Center!

I had surgery (for the first time!) at this Ambulatory center a month ago. It was my first time receiving anesthesia and being put under and I was extremely anxious. When I met Jamie, I knew I was in excellent hands. She was so kind and immediately put me at ease, answering any questions I had and taking such good care of me. In addition to this, the center is clean and most of the nursing staff were so kind and accommodating. In addition to this, the anesthesiologist was very intelligent and also answered any questions and concerns I had regarding the surgery. A month later, the recovery process has been great and I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful team!

My husband just had surgery here this morning and I have never wanted to rush to review something so fast. From the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we left was truly a wonderful experience. We were greeted promptly and he was brought up to the triage immediately. We did need to wait about an hour, but the staff completely made up for that. Every single person we came in contact with was unbelievably and genuinely caring, kind and friendly. The procedure was done so quickly and my husband was released almost immediately. The people here are really the shining stars. I have never had such a fantastic experience. Kathy and Jamie were dolls as well as everyone else we dealt with. No fewer than 5 people were constantly checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Having surgery is never easy and usually a real pain in more ways than one, but I really cannot say enough about this practice. Kudos.
