I had the worse experience! I went in for surgery and the medical assistants poked me about 7 times ( 7 different nurses) after the second attempt you would think that they will get senior leadership to help with the IV , but they failed to do so! I am highly disappointed with this practice. They hire people who don’t know what they are doing. I took off of work for this procedure and it was unsuccessful. After several failed attempts they called a male nurse in to poke me again. When I acknowledged that I was uncomfortable and refused to proceed with the procedure Dr. Singh then said “well then we have to cancel this appt if you don’t want them to poke you again” mind you my whole gown is full of blood , I’m swollen and bruised. This was such a disappointment. I do not recommend this practice.

This center is awesome!!! I was a on the fence when I found out my procedure was being performed in a surgical center and not a hospital. I’m so happy i did it instead of canceling and going thru more wks of pain. The staff from the receptionist the anesthesiologist the nurses everyone was great the center was clean and Dr.Katzman is the best. Thank You for making me feel comfortable and not afraid to go under the center gave me a next day follow up call to see if I was ok I wish there was a 10 star rating I could give.

I was supposed to have a procedure here but as I’m filling out my paperwork I see several assignments of liens and an Out of Network disclosure. No one, prior to this point, ever let me know that this facility was out of network. I got three calls about transportation and three calls to confirm the procedure but no one thought to inform me it was out of network. When I asked them to let me know if they were, I was then handed an estimated bill and told I had met my deductible and not to worry about it. Needless to say, I worried about it and cancelled the procedure. Not to mention the info about my deductible was incorrect as well. Will find someplace that is more forthcoming with information

Unfortunately I'm disappointed with this facility. I went through the pre-screening process from a week out through the day before my procedure telling them what medication I was taking and mistakes still happened. On the day of my procedure, I reiterated the medications I was on and I still was granted permission to have the procedure. I then went into the OR and met the OR staff and was prepped for the procedure. After coming out of anesthesia I was told that they weren't able to do the procedure because I had taken my medication. I had asked numerous times about taking certain medications and I was told on numerous times that it was okay. Besides this being unacceptable, after I returned home I found 3 leads that were left on my body. This place has to do better when you have people's lives in your hand.

The doctors, nurses and other attending staff here are amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and made me so comfortable during my visit. The clinical and waiting room areas are impeccably clean. I’d say that if you’re getting a procedure done here, you are in good hands.
