I sincerely cannot say enough in praise of Dr. Fiorillo & his lovely staff. From my initial consultation to my follow-up appointments, I have felt a genuine sense of concern for my comfort, needs, expectations, and well-being from the entire practice. Dr. Fiorillo is nothing short of exceptional- professional, attentive, personable. A sense of confidence I lost after breastfeeding two children has now been completely restored, and then some, thanks to him. The practice manager, Eve, shared in my excitement when this Mama finally decided to take a step to better my self-esteem, and never missed a beat during the booking process. The nursing director, Daniella, was kind & patient as we worked out the details, and dutifully created a sense of calm for me operation day. The front desk staff is always warm & welcoming, making me feel so at ease. I felt extremely prepared for my surgery, & well-looked after coming out. The recovery was easier than I expected, and my results speak for themselves- I couldn’t be more delighted. Excited to go into my 40’s as an improved version of myself. Thank you, Dr. Fiorillo & staff! You have truly changed my life for the better.

Let me start off by saying the staff is extremely friendly and attentive but Inhad an elective procedure done here and I was promised results that I am now being told were unattainable. I had my consultation and procedure and I thought everything went well (procedure went smoothly). The before and after is almost negligible. You can honestly barely see a difference. I’ve worked with plastic surgeons before and the good ones will tell you during the consult not to do a procedure because they don’t think it will work on you or give you the results you want (I moved so I couldn’t get the procedure done with them). I didn’t receive any warning just was told that I was an excellent candidate and I would get the results I was looking for. If I was told my results would be minimal or negligible I would have saved my money 100% and walked away from this procedure. Now Dr. Ingargiola did attempt to remedy the situation by trying other procedures that we honestly both knew wouldn’t work. The staff has been really nice during this whole ordeal but in the end it was just a complete waste of my time and money. I was also never offered a refund or a redo of the initial procedure, which honestly I expected because none of this was my fault.

I had a breast augmentation done here and it was the best decision I ever made, I came from another continent and I have no regrets… Dr Fiorillo will make you feel like a family the very first time he sees you, explains in details and keeps a genuine smile on his face… truly welcoming… my favorite Ladies are Daniella and Kathleen, Daniella explains into details and always instruct you on everything to do she makes time for everyone even tho their clinic is super busy, Kathleen is a superb lady, you will meet her on your surgery date and she’s full of life and will light up your day, she makes you feel happy and totally calm… all the staffs there are professional and I will not hesitate to refer anyone there.. best staffs I have ever encountered in a clinic..

Dr. Michael Fiorillo and his Staff are just fabulous. Of course I have to give my love for Eve who is just Amazing! I have been going there for a few years and the Doc and his wonderful team have been marvelous. I have brought my family as well as my friends and recommend everyone to come with whatever procedure they need! Recently I had Halo laser done by the Fabulous Dr Ingargiola, don’t worry peeps we all call them Dr F and Dr I, it’s all good! Any procedures you need this is where I would go they are family and I trust them, you should too! Much Love Eva 😘

I am so happy I chose Dr. Fiorillo to perform my surgery. I am 1.5 months out from a breast augmentation and I love them! The consultation was great, they answered all my questions and never pressured me to making a decision. Once I did, they were able to give me a date less than a month out for surgery. At the pre-op they advised of everything I would need for preparation and made the entire process easy. Day of surgery went great, I was in and out with barely any pain! Recovery was very easy for me although every body, I’m sure, is different. The office staff is helpful and attentive for all of your needs. Dr. Fiorillo is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his expertise. I could not be happier with my results and see them only getting better as they continue to heal! I have also done EmSculpt at this office which I love for muscle growth in areas I have difficulty changing/seeing a difference in, in the gym. Highly recommend Dr. Fiorillo if you are looking for an experienced surgeon you can have confidence in!
