Excellent staff. They put you at ease during and after your procedure. Proper follow up care is provided in the forms of calls to the patient to see how the patient is doing a day after the procedure. Highly recommend Renal Focus..

The staff are fabulous And always reassuring. Reception is always a pleasure. I still love them even though they do not pronounce my name correctly but they always tried and I love them for that. The two surgeons that I have had are not only informative but very good with their bedside manner. The nurses I've gotten are so kind, gentle and always coming around to see if you need anything Lee I think his name is. He's great and I can't remember the blonde that I have but I've had her several times and she is exceptional she going to Thailand and she gave me gum. , I do recall that LOL I will always highly recommend this place. GM. Name is Susan Giuntini. I was just there this morning and I have to say the are nothing but professional and kind. They are very warm and ease your nerves. Kristen is lovely and really understands her patients and needs. The nurses in the OR are terrific. Allison is very soothing as well as the other OR nurses and anesthesiologist. I'm sorry I do not know all their names but I can not say enough about them. And of course Dr Jean is very good and informative. Been going there for years and they are the best 🩷

Have nothing but good things to say about this place! Ever since we’ve first been coming here the ladies at the front have been all sweethearts, on the days that my dad has had to come alone they assist him with everything and schedule transport for him. The doctors are excellent with their treatment plans. 100% recommend always!

Had a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and caring especially the two young ladies at the reception desk, they made my visit with my dad very comfortable and they were very knowledgeable. The nurses and surgeon were also great at explaining everything.
