I had a couple different procedure's there last year they never overbilled me they told me everything up front they weren't sure what my co-pays were they billed me after one procedure was $250 the next procedure was free of copay my insurance said it falls under wellness check they never pressured me for money up front or after the staff in the front and the back were very respectable and very professional! They even have a board set up in the lobby to let you know when your doctor is in and if he's running on time! Would go back there anytime Long Island Digestive and Dr persky advise me to!

Please do not give this office your copay in advance. I was told I needed to provide a $2000 copay for service. After finding out the office overbilled me nearly a 1000 dollars, it took over 6 months for them to refund the money after a three way call with my insurance company. Then the office didn't refund the agreed upon amount. They will not return calls and will not be accountable to any problems.

Arrived at the facility only to learn that I had a $2000 deductible. I as well as a previous reviewer could have had the procedure done at Mather with no cost to me. After refusing the procedure I called my Dr. Office. The woman in the billing dept. said “she would have refused the procedure as well”. She began to tell me how the facility never informs the patients prior to there arrival of any out of pocket expenses. She also said the the Dr. has nothing to do with the facility and can’t control how business is conducted. Later in the day they called to tell me that I could reschedule the procedure at Mather hospital. I let the office know that my new Dr. would perform the procedure at Mather hospital as he is no longer my Dr. And as far as Advanced Surgical center goes they should be shut down for there dirty practices and what appears to be a scam.

I have been seeing Dr. Eugene Coman for over 35 years the staff has always been very caring, and and wonderful. The Doctors are Fantastic. The Nurses All are Wonderful. Great surgical treatments, and Procedures. I give the them Five stars ⭐️ plus.

Dr Gary Bernstein is,the Best. The staff is terrffic. I had a colonospy at the PortJefferson Advanced Surgery Center. Everyone was Sweet and Compassionate. ,The Center was Very Clean. I strongly recommend getting yourself checked it can save your life. If I can do it anyone can. Again Thank you Dr Bernstein and the Staff.😊
