What an absolutely phenomenal facility (building 5) and staff. Our initial experience was with Brandon who gave us an overview of what to expect pre and post op hip replacement surgery. He took his time and was professional and gracious with his time and knowledge. The day of surgery was equally as good of an experience. Checking in was efficient no fuss. Pre op was about an hour before surgery, my nurse Clair is a joy, from getting into the gown to the IV, and all in between all done with the utmost of compassion and care. My anesthesiologist Dr. Frank was informative and pleasant to work with. His skill is tantamount to why my pain was managed as well as I could have hoped for. Tabitha who took care of me post op is a fine example of the consummate professional nurse, outstanding! Finally to my surgeon Dr. McGinley and his or staff. The was I feel post op is miraculous! Dr. McGinley your overall bedside manner and most importantly your surgical skill is second to none and I can only thank you from the bottom of my heart for your dedication and commitment to your patients, your are the man! God bless you all and forgive me if I omitted anyone. I would whole heartedly recommend this entire team to anyone undergoing hip replacement surgery. These people are the BEST!!!

It’s been such a pleasure having my outpatient surgery at the surgery center. This staff is unbelievably kind and helpful and always have a smile on their face. I was a little apprehensive when I walked in having my cataract taken out of my eye, but they just talk to me and smiled and reassured me, everything was gonna be fine which it was. I recommend the surgery center to everybody.

Wanted to share the visit: before my loved one’s procedure ANN (front desk) helped calm and make sure he was understanding what was about to happen, she went beyond what she had to do. Making sure he was ok and making sure I was comfortable too!! Great customer service, friendly and seems to be ready for any kind of day that comes at her. So very respectful too. After procedure NURSE TODD took care of him. Such a great, nice person. He related and he eased our minds before being discharged. Personable, friendly, fast pace efficient work from what I saw! The patient was very impressed by the staff!

I would like to say I found pjsc fantastic. To the receptionists, intake nurses, to surgical nurses, to Dr. Molina , anesthesiologist, to my surgeon Dr. bascule and staff. Extremely clean and orderly. Each surgical nurse has a specific job and each one performs it exceptionally. All cared for me while I waited for the ambulate to take me home! Lovely people and caring. All are selfless and they work hard. They gave me heated blankets and propped my pillows. They actually worried about me.
