I received excellent care at Dutchess Ambulatory Surgical Center from start to finish. The facility was spotless, and every staff member I encountered was professional, attentive, and kind. I felt well-informed throughout the entire process, and it was clear that patient comfort and care are top priorities there. I waited to write this review until the billing was complete, because—like many people—I’ve had far too many experiences where the insurance and billing process becomes a frustrating mess after otherwise good care. Not here. To my surprise, I received a call letting me know that my insurance covered more than expected and Duchess Ambulatory Surgical Center would be returning the deposit I paid on the day of my procedure. Yes, they called me; I didn't have to call them! That level of honesty and follow-through really sets Dutchess Ambulatory Surgical apart. I’m truly grateful for the entire experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My husband had a vasectomy done here today. The overall experience was great. We did have to wait for about 2 hrs before getting the procedure done, but they were just running behind. But everyone was very nice, especially the nurses. Would definitely recommend!
