Great experience. An easy, on-line check-in procedure (they will ask for photos of your insurance cards, both back and front). Helpful people at the admissions windows. The medical staff answers all your questions and make certain they're aware of any issues (I'm opioid intolerant; they made certain I wouldn't be improperly anesthetized). After the procedure they give you the results and explain as much as you want to hear. Further explanations are available later, when you feel more alert.

I felt very apprehensive about getting a colonoscopy. However, the woman who administered my anesthesia and several nurses were kind and attentive of my wellbeing. The doctor did an awesome job. He’s very knowledgeable of his profession and basically knew my situation before the colonoscopy. Anyone that gets a procedure here is in good hands.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during my visit today. Libby Greenwood is one of the best providers I have encountered (personally and professionally, as I work in the medical field). She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to review my records before seeing me and had a good understanding of why I was there (I was following up from a recent ER visit). She took time with me and and was so incredibly kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a GI specialist!

I cannot remember ever being treated as WELL as I was at digestive Health Specialists. My initial phone contacts were greeted with cheerful, upbeat, knowledgeable and thoughtful responses. Messages were returned promptly and accurately. Dr. Baba is kind , professional, compassionate, highly skilled, responsive and caring. He's wonderful. The entire staff at Kinderton were far beyond exceptional. They each introduced themselves by their first names. They thoroughly explained every step of the way. They are utmost professionals and made what could be frightening comfortable. They included a card signed by each with the summary. I have never experienced that degree of kindness anywhere. I would rate the entire experience an 11 on a 10 point scale. Thank you all very much.

What a fantastic office, I can’t give enough positive comments. EVERY person involved in the process was so friendly, professional and always asking if there was anything they could do for me. Their communication and reminders were helpful before stepping foot in the office, and their efficiency and respect for my time was top notch when I got to the office. I’ve worked for many years in the retail industry where customer service was a determining factor - the customer service here was what I strive for, and this is a medical office. 10 out of 10 rating from me.
