Dr. Singh is truly a one of a kind doctor. He took incredible care of me, and listened to me seriously. I am only 37 years old and he found my colon cancer and took care of me as if I was his own. I am forever grateful for Dr. Singh, his incredible staff, and the care I received.
I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received! From the moment I walked in, Donna made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The procedure itself went smoothly. Everyone was kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. The follow-up and genuine concern from the team showed how much they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent medical care and a staff that treats you like family!
EDITED because they read my review and implemented changes. Honestly, that’s impressive. Dr Singh is very knowledgeable and I felt like he knew exactly what was going on, asked great questions, and got me in quickly. He listened while I explained all the random things I had going on, he nodded and told me what it most likely was, why the symptoms were happening, and made a plan of action. It sounds corny but I teared up, he listened and he could help- and he genuinely seemed to care. It’s not the most fancy medical facility, but if you’re looking for help and answers- it’s the best place.
I got some weird vibes from the start but I was able to get relatively quick appointments so I stuck with this place. At a follow-up appointment for a procedure, Dr. Singh did not even mention the results of said procedure. He did not listen to my concerns and immediately wanted to schedule another one. The whole appointment lasted less than five minutes and left me with the impression that I am not being cared for. Instead it felt like they were trying to extract as much money from me as possible with procedures that were not relevant and didn't really help lead to the resolution of the issues I am experiencing.
What an easy experience! From start to finish, Center for Diseases/Cary Endoscopy Center made getting a colonoscopy easy and comfortable for this first-timer. A week before the appointment, they emailed all the instructions and made sure my insurance covered the procedure. At 5 days prior, they called me and went over the diet and prep directions and answered my remaining questions. Once I arrived at the appointment, I was greeted with warm smiles and clear directions from each staff member I encountered. They had a system that made me feel confident that all would go smoothly (and it did!). Thanks to Melanie, Janelle, and Dr. Singh for taking such great care of me.
