Very efficient. Arrived, and checked in at the office. Was taken back quick. Staff explained to me everything in detail, reviewed my medical history, current and past procedures. I was taken to procedure room quick. Woke up from Anastasia and I was was on my way home as soon as I was feeling like myself.

This was my first time at Raleigh Endoscopy. I'm very impressed how the process flowed and how everyone there was professional. Dr. E and staff kudos to you all. Thank you for a seamless colonoscopy visit. I would recommend Dr. E to everyone. She has great bedside manners, procedure was top notch, the anesthesiologist nurse was professional and caring, and the coordinator was extremely nice and told me the process on her end. The receptionist who checked me in was pleasant and helpful. Thank God we still have people who really cares and compassionate about people's health and well being. Yours truly, Jessie

Very much on time the entire way through. Greeted by a cheerful nurse, and then was made comfortable in my prep area on a gurney. Very attentive and sensitive nurse started my IV which isn’t easy because of my ā€œrolling veinsā€! She put in the IV painlessly and quickly, with minimal bruising . The entire process from start to finish was 1.5 hours in the endoscopy center. Dr Furs is wonderful- easy to talk to about concerns! He’s thorough and explains things in a way that’s easily understood. Very pleased with my entire colonoscopy experience at the endoscopy center.

From the time I walked in prepared for my insurance cards and my ID the tall blonde hair lady was so nice to me and felt like she wanted me there to take care of me leaving there to go back to the Back give me instructions. The lady there was so nice and kind so once I got my change of clothes, put my gown on the nurse comes in and goes over everything about my history and everything made me feel so comfortable no stress just perfect then Dr Fur came in went to his process again making me feel so comfortable, but I did make a comment About how thin his blankets were. I told him his Blankets were thin as the sheets. He laughed and said he would check with his committee then he made me laugh by saying that I knew it didn’t go anywhere then once I got into the room for the procedure. Went through the instructions again Dr Fur and the assistant I tried to laugh and enjoy the process and everyone was so nice and kind. I did what I normally do knees and fetal position. I knew what to do because I’ve been getting colonoscopies since I was in my 40s. I watched the Michael Jackson drug go down the IV Line, That was it. Don’t remember anything till I woke up in my bed in the same location I was before I was offered a drink, I asked for crackers, graham crackers, and that wasn’t offered there. he needs to add that because people are so hungry. I hadn’t ate in three days. Everything was perfect. My results came out perfect and he said I only would have to come back one more time then I will be done. I want to take everyone from the front desk to all the nurses Dr Fur wow he has gained a little weight last time. I mentioned he had turned white headed, I don’t think he like that, but I didn’t say anything about his weight gain, but I know he’s living a good life. He’s a great doctor. Love you guys. I won’t thank you for everything for taking care of me. I would never go Anywhere else because of the CARE that I received and have been receiving since I was in my 40s and now I am almost 70. That says a lot about who you guys are as an organization. He just needs to add graham crackers and hospital blankets because they are thicker. Right? Lol I really thank God for you guys you guys are extension of Godā€˜s hands. God bless you and a merry Christmas.
