This practice used to be fantastic. I have been a patient for 20 years. Unfortunately, many good doctors and staff have left. Today’s practice is the worst medical practice in terms of service and support that I have ever had to deal with: Phones aren’t answered, messages are not returned, follow up appointments are 4 months out, other appointments have been cancelled or changed at the last minute only to then not show on their schedule. And, most of this comes with an attitude as well. I can’t tell if this reflects on the quality of the doctors as I haven’t been able to speak with one. I waited months for a PA and then any questions seem to be handled by admins. Too bad as it was really a great practice.

I am pleased with Abby Fowler NP and the same day/in-building blood test. However, being my first visit, I found the parking deck a nightmare maze of color coding that meant nothing. Unbelievably, there is a pkg deck "assistant" that had to help me find my vehicle which he and another employee confirmed is a regular activity of his. All it takes is a few signs to clear up the confusion that was shared by several patients and employee who agreed.
