They charged me so much for the first visit as my insurance covers the colonoscopy 100% so when I questioned it I was told over and over that the insurance would not cover it. My insurance confirmed that it was covered 100%. The 3 minute visit with the doctor who was more concerned about leaving the room than listening wasnt very helpful. And it cost me $360 for the visit out of pocket. Not my first colonoscopy I knew this wasnt right. i left and went to see Dr. Cockets office in Greenville. 100% paid, wonderful doctor and very helpful office and considerate staff. Not the office group that laughed at me on the phone when I asked about the bill from Clemson. i would 100% warn you about going to this office. If they are charging you question everything.

Dr. Barnes made me feel at ease before my procedure and answered all my questions and did not make me feel like a number or that he was in a rush to get to his next patient. The nurses kept me informed of what was and would be going on before, during and after my procedure. I have been having issues since before Christmas and finally after being referred here have some answers to what is going on. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone.

Loved the staff, doctor and how easy the process and procedures were. Everyone clearly let you know what was happening. But if you are one who wants your loved one near it's not the facility. My husband was not allowed to be with me (they finally did let him back when I was having extreme anxiety over the issue) for that reason only I will be seeking another facility next time.
