The customer service representatives were friendly and efficient, ensuring everything was in order for my surgery. Dr. Fritz, my surgeon, was outstanding! He took the time to explain the procedure for my right eye surgery and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The anesthesiologist was equally reassuring, making sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. A special shoutout to the prep nurses—they were compassionate, attentive, and truly made a difference in my experience. They ensured I understood each step of the process, which helped ease my nerves. Overall, I would rate my experience a "Ten out of Ten." My grandmother had two cataract surgeries done at the WCSC. The staff was very friendly and professional. The nurse anesthesiologist went out of her way to learn words in my native tongue to communicate with my grandmother (she does not speak English), and it was very heartwarming. Thank you, Molly! Highly recommend.

My experience at Western Carolina Surgery Center was very positive. The entire staff, from the front desk to the nursing team, was professional, friendly, and caring. A particular highlight was how both my doctor and the anesthesiologist came to see me beforehand to explain everything in detail. The follow-up care was also excellent, with clear instructions and a check-in call the next day to see how I was recovering. I felt well-informed and supported by the whole team throughout the entire process. I would certainly recommend this surgical center.

Daughter was here to get her tonsils and adenoids removed, the entire experience from start to finish was beyond anything my expectations could have been. Everyone from the front desk to the end of her post op was beyond kind and understanding, everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful.
