From start to finish, I would highly recommend Western Carolina Digestive's Franklin location. Front desk Angie was extremely courteous and professional. Nurses Donyela and Tanya were very caring. Anesthesiologist Chris explained his part in the procedure very well. Dr. Stack explained results and recommendations thoroughly. Excellent team!

I have referred them countless patients during my 28 years as a Family Physician in Franklin. I have seen firsthand the outstanding care they have shown my patients for all these years. When it came time for my own colonoscopy, the choice was simple. Dr. Barrier and his entire staff were most courteous, competent and compassionate. I took a friend for a colonoscopy since they require a dedicated driver after the procedure. The reception was professional but could have been a bit more personal. The facility, the waiting area are bright and spacious. The nurse was a real sweetheart. My friend was put under anesthesia and obviously can't remember anything. The nurse called me twice with an update and also let me know when to pick up the patient. It was a good experience especially the way the nurse handled things. Thank you, waiting for results.
