Greystone Eye of Hickory, NC handled my entire experience very professionally. I went for an eye exam resulting in needing cataract surgery for both eyes. Dr. Paschall was very patient in explaining the procedures, helping me understand the process. Everyone in his office and the surgical staff were professional as well as friendly. The offices and surgery center where very clean and well organized. They took excellent care of my needs every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Pascal along with his staff to anyone searching for eye care.

This office has the most wonderful staff I have ever had with all my health care experiences. Dr Brian Adair is the best doctor and explains things to you in a way that is easily understood. Tracy his assistant is great and very thorough. Many of my family members receive care at the office and I am so proud that they do. I really like Graystone Eye in Hickory because they are so efficient you never feel like they are wasting your time.. office visits flow quickly. They are very professional yet personable and super organized. I visited a new doc to the practice yesterday and absolutely adored her.. (Dr. Kayli Standridge)..she answered all of my silly questions like they were important to her too… I was extremely happy with my eye check up.. thanks for such a pleasant experience 👍🏼

Heather Day, DO is a magnificent doctor. She is very knowledgeable. She is caring about the patient and their needs. She makes one feel like they are the only person in the room. Dr Day is never hurried when she is examining someone and never makes them feel she has got to get to her next patient and doesn’t have time for them. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Day is very friendly and easy to talk to. She welcomes questions and takes time to ease any concerns. Dr. Heather Day’s smile, laughter and personality can light up any room. I have never liked going to a doctor appointment; however, I look forward to seeing Dr. Day.

Doctor was fantastic but his assistant was the worst. Absolutely ruined what was already a traumatic experience. This was an absolute shot show. She refused to be helpful, was condescending and basically rude. Seems like she cared more about getting us out than helping. This place has served 4 generations of my family but never again. Fantastic doctor but good lord, his staff was a horror.
