It's tiny but mighty. The level of customer care is unbelievable. It's a small office area but the level of service and care is so much more than it appears to be. I thankful for the staff and doctors. This was my second colonoscopy and in 10 years I will definitely go back there. Upon arrival I had a horrible headache due to the prep work. The nurses were so understanding. They promised when I woke up that headache would be gone and sure enough, I felt 110% better. They were thorough when explaining the procedure, I was very relaxed going in and honestly like I said woke up feeling like nothing had ever happened - prep work or anything else... If you are in the Atrium network, this is office is a no brainer. I would highly recommend!!! Thank you all for the level of care. Dr. Lee and Tammy, I do remember your names!! Please thank the staff- from the front office to the back.
Excellent care from front desk to clinical staff. They are organized and efficient. Jamie was so kind and put me at ease before the procedure. Dr. Le and Dakota were so professional, kind and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable setting. I arrived very early for my procedure and they got me in and out quickly. Thank you!
I went to see Dr. B in October of 2022, I went for some stomach issues he didn't do any kind of blood work or even take any x-rays or a MRI, he told me to drink the entire bottle of Miralax with a 64oz bottle of Gatorade , & first take 4 Dulcolax tablets, I emmeditly starting to throw up really bad, I called his office like I was told to do if this happened, they told me to keep drinking the mixture! I said NO!!! I Kept throwing up , & became very very very sick. By the 3rd day I ended up in the hospital, I did not know at this time what was happening! I called Dr. B's office & they said I needed to be at the hospital, what was really happening was I WAS DIEING ! YES he knew it he CAUSED it!!! I am still recovering from this very bad ordeal I had with this DOCTOR!!!! Plez check him out before U go there I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else .
