If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My daughter has been having issues for a year now. We had to wait 6 months for a test because they couldn't submit the proper documents. The next test needed? We have waited 4 months and still not sending the proper information. My daughter is getting worse and they couldn't care less. Avoid this place! Go anywhere else if you want your child to have care.

Don't come here expecting to be seen at your scheduled time. Is never just a '1 hour visit' regardless of whether they are busy or not. Dr takes over 48 hours to respond to a phone call, keeps forgetting simple things like calling in a simple rx refill. This time it took 2 weeks to get a refill. I came here for a procedure and the dr wouldn't come out of his office to do the procedure. Update: Finally spoke with the office manager today and was no help. She said that she wasn't there much (which explains the disarray in the office) and only had meaningless platitudes to offer, which didn't get anyone anywhere. There are plenty of other locations to get better service. Save your time and sanity and go elsewhere. If you look at the previous reviews for this place, they're all pretty negative, so it's not just my experience that makes this a horrible place to go to.

After my first two visits, I am completely not impressed rooms are not clean. The doctor wouldn't even look at me and just doubled my medication. If anybody has a good phone number to contact them let me know please; the phone just rings and rings.

I had a 10 o’clock appointment and arrived 20 mins prior. First impression of the place was out dated with nowhere to sit. They have sofas and chair but they were all taken up by people who’s appointment times were 9 and 915. They have a sign that says you will not be in and out within 30 mins which should have told me right then and there that they do not value peoples times. I know 30 mins will quick but I didn’t expect to be there for 4 hours!! I signed my name in and the lady just stared at me while on a personal phone call. I asked if I needed to sign new patient forms and she said she was waiting for a clip board. Weird. I didn’t get to the back till 11:40. Nurse who took my vitals was ok. Not rude, not friendly, just ok. (The only reason I didn’t one star this place). The back is no better. Does not look taken care of. Wall paper coming off the walls being held together by tape, floor bubbling up, the folded mattress on the floor and bugs everywhere!!. The list goes on. The doctor who saw me was clueless and not prepared. I was sent here on referral with all my records and he left the room twice to go look at cat-scan results and other paperwork. While I was waiting for the doctor to come back one of the bugs were crawling on me while I was sitting in the chair!!!!! I moved rooms and waited in the triage room to finish out my appointment. Needless to say I do not recommend this place. The building needs new management who actually will take care of the place and better doctors who speak clearly and not mumble under their breath while taking to people. Over all my visit turned into 4 hours which is NOT okay for an appointment. Urgent care does not make appointments and I’m usually In and out within 3 hours max.

I find some of these reviews odd. I had an appt for 11:00AM. The nurses where very nice. I waited over three hours. Unacceptable! I left, I had to get to work, 45 minutes away. He should pay $25.00 because he didn't show up for the damn appointment.Three hours is to long when you have an appointment. Time to bring the office out of the 1980's. The exterminator should spray after hours too.
