Dr. Idler did spine surgery on me this morning, microdiscectomy procedure, and I couldn’t be more pleasantly surprised to wake up, walk around and move without any pain at all. I expected considerable pain and discomfort but couldn’t be happier feeling as well as I do! His team, the OR nurse, anesthesia Dr. Marshall and his support staff including the RN Sarah who did my IV and everyone else made me feel at ease before the procedure and I just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. This facility and the doctors and nurses and support staff who work there are world class professionals imo and I appreciate them dearly.❤️

Horrible experience after surgery on 12/15/25, had to go same day to the Emergency Room. I had chest pain, shortness of breath and continue to spit blood up to now. After having several test performed to make sure it wasn’t my heart I was told at the ER the tube they inserted for anesthesia has bruised my airways. After surgery noticed a small bruise on my left shoulder and also what appeared to be a needle mark on my right shoulder. My Doctor did an excellent job however clinic staff which I only mean whoever inserted tube is not experienced

Has a Septoplasty surgery here via Dr. Marshall. The check on process smooth, and the surgery process was stress free. Post surgery they were very attentive and helpful with everything. Great place to have a procedure done.

​I cannot recommend Capital City Surgery Center highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process for my two-year-old daughter's trigger thumbs release surgery with Dr. Nwoko was absolutely seamless. ​Dr. Nwoko is an excellent surgeon, and the level of compassionate care and personalized attention from every single team member was truly outstanding. They were all amazing at making a potentially scary situation calm and positive. ​What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness and attention to detail: they even bandaged my daughter's beloved companion, Minnie Mouse, the exact same way they bandaged my daughter's hand! This beautiful, empathetic gesture was a wonderful way to promote healing and comfort for my little girl. ​Thank you to the entire Capital City Surgery Center team for the amazing job and for taking such great care of my daughter.

Wonderful service! The nursing staff was beyond friendly and took extreme care of my child during her procedure. From check in, pre-op, nursing, anesthesia and surgical staff were all around impressive and caring! We were blown away by the quality of this center.
