Dr. Burnsed is a godsend. I had a herniated disc in my L5-S1 region since November 2023, and after doing the recommended physical therapy for 4 months starting in September 2024, it wasn't helping. He did a microdiscectomy in February 2025 and here we are in October 2025 and I'm completely pain free! Have been for months. He is a brilliant doctor and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Burnsed!

I came to see Dr. Khoury for a second opinion. I was able to get in to see him rather quickly. He actually performed the same procedure on my mom in the past! The entire process from scheduling down to surgery day was pain free and the staff were incredible! I cannot speak enough good things about the people that work here, you can tell they are all a TEAM! O.R. Jefferey was exceptionally thorough with the anesthesia process and RN Teresa was an absolute angel and extremely attentive! Every single staff member that I came in contact with was so kind and I would recommend this facility to anyone!

Clean, nice facility. Wonderful staff all around, firm front desk to nurses. Dr Belayev is wonderful, great bedside manner and did a fantastic job on my husband’s spinal surgery. He comes across as caring and took time to speak to us and check in with me immediately after the surgery. Charlotte Spangler, has also been amazing and gone above and beyond in care and explanation. She is so personable and makes you feel such ease in such an important decision. Shelly, their scheduler and biller is so communicative and responsive. The anesthesiologist was also so communicative and made us feel so at ease with everything happening. We have nothing but positive comments and thoughts and also gratitude for the entire staff. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of their care. 10/10

April 12th surgery Dr lars Gardner 10+ surgeon PA Sean 8+ 1st follow pull drain tube Extreme pain 3 months 24/7 June Advised should be expected (-10) Critical Pain Patch was needed but not ordered Follow up Dr Lars requested a pain management Dr agreed Dr Webber excellent BUT 2 Practices relationship Exploded Leaving Patients upside down We then reached out Dr Lars Again requesting Pain management Dr again due to a Transactional relationship occurring with Dr Webbers new office A Miracle or explosion happened & Dr Lars requested Dr Long step in & manage my post refractory pain Dr long re issued 10mg pain patch 24/7 Dr long suggested PT AGREED But UNC couldn’t accept me until Dec !! I initiated PT Through exercises Saigon Vietnam with Master Trainer & nutritionist. In 4+\~ weeks with PT Exercises have begin to rebuild strength lower extremities & sleep 6-7 hours again Still cant sleep in bed chair only But encouraged due to Dr Longs interest & Huy Nguyen a PT MASTER & Close personal friend
