My experience couldn’t have been better as I was made to feel like a “top priority” from the moment I walked in for my appointment at the Wake Forest Endoscopy Center. The process was streamlined and professional from the “intake” to my recovering from the anesthesia after procedure was completed. Dr. Schwarz even took time to meet me and discuss the procedure, as well as field any questions or concerns I had before the procedure started. It’s funny to say this, but I am looking forward to my next checkup in a few years as everyone affiliated with Wake Forest Endoscopy Center was friendly, hospitable, and thoroughly professional!

I went in for my routine colonoscopy and I have to say this is the best endoscopy place in Raleigh. The Dr was phenomenal and thanked his staff at least 4-5 times that I saw. I know this is a small thing but it is so refreshing to see a Dr who vocalizes their appreciation. That is the anomaly in the medical field. I appreciate his humbleness and will never go to any other Dr for that very reason! Small things do not go unnoticed!

I had both an endoscopy and a colonoscopy today, and the entire experience was handled with exceptional skill and compassion. Every member of the staff made me feel comfortable, informed, and respected throughout the process. It is clear that this team truly cares about their patients, and it shows in everything they do. Dr. Hussain is an amazing physician, and the support staff is equally remarkable. Thank you Nurse Terrell. From the front desk to the clinical team, everyone worked together to create an environment that is both welcoming and highly professional. Everyone is friendly and efficient. You are treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Allen has always been very thorough and trustworthy. I feel he wants to give the best service he can and doesn’t treat his patients like numbers on a chart.

Everyone here made the experience as “painless” as possible! The receptionist who checked me in was very upbeat and bright and the nurses were great. It was a little crazy because of the weather but they managed to see me within about 45 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Dr Allen was very personable and explained everything in everyday language so it was easy to understand. The experience I had was very positive and if I have to do this again, I definitely would return. Highly recommend!
