I have been here a few times with my kids. I have always had positive experiences.Yesterday, my daughter had a tonsillectomy. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, and Dr Hardy went well beyond my expectations. They were great with my daughter. Id say they are very child friendly. I'm sorry some of you may have had terrible issues here- I never have.

STAY AWAY! Thirty, twenty or even ten years ago Wilmington SurgeCare was a respected alternative for surgical procedures that don't require overnight stays in the hospital. Currently it is a nightmare. It is an overcrowded, germ filled factory. Local surgeons should be ashamed to practice there! Next time I will switch doctors before subjecting myself or my family to these conditions.

I had a lumpectomy by Dr. Weinberg yesterday @ SurgCare. I felt extremely well taken care of. From receptionist to post-op nurses, everyone was extremely nice and caring. Dr. Grieb, my anesthesiologist understood how to put me at ease with a sense of humor, of course Dr. Weinberg with her skill and patient-centered, informative approach and post- op nurses Kelly and Kacy, who cared for me after my surgery all made this somewhat difficult situation easy to cope with. I am beyond grateful to everyone in this marvelous team!

My son is only 3 and had surgery this morning. Our nurse Liz was great and made him feel comfortable. The anesthesiologist was amazing at making my son comfortable and smiling. The entire staff was great. The nurse who carried my son spent a few minutes with him before making him feel safe and was able to keep him from crying. Our whole experience here was amazing!

I had a tonsillectomy yesterday and I am 25 years old. My pre op nurse Liz - I think was her name (blond hair) - made me feel at home and well cared for. I'm scared of needles but she explained every step she was taking while inserting the IV. She was real comforting. Im not sure what the nurse name was that helped me changed and leave, but I think she had black hair (I'm not sure, I was a little drowsy). She was also really sweet and caring. I couldn't have had a better experience than what I did at this facility. Thank you everyone !!! We need more nurses like these two sweet ladies !!!
