This morning I had the pleasure to assist my mom to her appointment, upon arrival the front desk lady was very professional and pleasant. I will say the entire team is extremely professional and knowledgeable!!! I just want to give a big shoutout to all, Thank you guys for taking good care of my mom throughout and after the experience of her surgery. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Thank you POSC for taking such good care of me during my procedure! The OR team, nurses & all the staff were great! I especially want to thank Dr Britt for diagnosing my stenosis and after 3 years of dealing with restricted breathing, I can finally breathe! Praise the Lord!

I had surgery today and all i can say is amazing all the way around! The staff is awesome! Knowledgeable and timely, like a well oiled machine, i love it! Dr. Campbell is awesome! Highly recommend penta and this surgery center to anyone! They are the best!!

This place was amazing. Everyone was so nice. Our appointment was at 8:00am when they opened. Our wait time in the lobby was only about 10 mins and when they took us back he got to choose one of three different type of stuffed animals with little white POSC shirts on. He chose the cute little monkey as seen in the pictures. Got to meet all the anesthesia doctors and everyone explained everything nicely and made sure everything was understood before anything was done. The surgery literally lasted 15 minutes or less. I was so very surprised. They sent us with thorough directions on paper for after care and made sure everything was understood before we left. A few days after surgery they called to see how everything was going. Very thoughtful. And then soon after got a letter in the mail for him from them saying get well soon and hoping for a fast recovery with all the nurses and doctors signature and little message as seen in the picture. Very thoughtful. Highly recommend this place.

The emergency number given to us if we had questions/concerns/problems was a voicemail. I left several messages with my name and number. We had an issue with the doctor calling in my daughter's prescription for pain medications after surgery. They sent it to the wrong pharmacy multiple times. When I called the emergency number after hours to speak with the person on call, my call was not returned. My daughter went without prescription pain medication after her tonsillectomy... What is the purpose of an emergency number if it doesn't work?
