I went in for hip replacement surgery yesterday and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff! When I first went in Katie at the front desk was kind and very welcoming then Vicky who took me back was so compassionate! I do have to say Kaitlyn was just incredible from the Time she gave the orientation I felt that she was going to help me with any questions I had and she went over everything so diligently making sure everything was correct and that I get all the right and proper medication! Then of course Bethany she was with me from the beginning before my surgery and after! Her professionalsm and genuine kindness was amazing and I really felt safe with her! I was a little nervous when I got up to walk and when I did the stairs but I looked over at her and she gave me a warm encouraging look letting me know I was safe and she was there! Julie from nova care was there as well and she was extremely supportive! Dr Stanfield was professional and positive! Again I cannot say enough nice things especially about Kaitlyn and Bethany! I truly hope they and all the nursing staff is appreciated because I don't think I could have gotten through yesterday without their amazing support! My husband and I are very appreciative! There are some people who just go about and beyond showing kindness professionalsm and making you feel safe! THANK YOU 🙏

I had a very positive experience with Dr Cotman. I found him knowledgeable down to earth & he spent time answering my questions. I felt reassured that he had done this surgery many times and was very comfortable with it. I tend to be very cynical and not trust doctors but I did not feel that way with him. I went in for a collar bone surgery, specifically getting a plate put in to reconnect the bone after a pretty serious break. Surgery went smooth, office visit was well beyond my expectations. Wait times were low, surgery was scheduled quickly. I am now a few days post op and I feel pretty good. No signs of infection & I am already feeling better. I got the impression from everyone I interacted with that they really knew how to do their job well. Nothing sketchy occurred at any time at all. I also found the employees at the surgery center to be very helpful as far as Thanks you guys for going above and beyond, becky went out of her way to help me After my surgery and I really appreciate it
