Although the drive was slightly under 1hr, from the moment we walked in the door, everyone was extremely friendly and nice. Dr. Syed Ali was amazing. His medical assistant - Amazing!! The fact that he took the time to walk us through the 'why' and the 'how' was the important piece for me. As my mothers caretaker its important that I make the best decision regarding her healthcare. He provided great advice on next steps which gave me 'food for thought'. Would highly recommend this facility. A+

Wow, Dr. Ellen is probably one of the best doctors I've seen in a long time. She took the time to throughly explain the conditions, what may have contributed to the conditions and her plan of action to address the conditions and WHY she was recommending the course of action. Amazing. She did not belittle when I asked a question for further clarification. Very impressed

I found the girls working the front desk to be pleasant and approachable with answering my questions. The medical assistant was warm and welcoming. Dr. Wheeler was quite friendly and a felt at ease from the very start of my appointment. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of GI issues.

Intake n check out (Cassy) were very sweet n professional. I hadn't received paperwork in mail probably due to quickness in appointment availability for consult ,so I had to fill it out at office . My Intake gal didn't fuss just nicely got me the papers. I appreciated that kindness. Casey was training someone new and doing a great job explaining things to her new coworker. The Dr i consulted with was very much detailed with my meds I'm currently on and was proactive in asking if I had tried going without GERD meds n dosage of aspirin I was taking daily. It was caring to see a Dr wishing for me to have to take less meds a day in the future. His plan of care for me i believe was on point for how our Dr's should be. My testing in scheduled in 4 weeks instead of having to wait for months which also impressed me! I had testing done here 10 years ago also. I wld definitely recommend Dayton Gastro!!
