When walking in, I immediately noticed the different tables & booths spread out in the waiting area. There were plugs (at each table by the wall), tissues and hand sanitizer at each table. They also have a vending machine, which we didn't check out. My husband said everyone was nice. We had a positive experience!

The entire staff is great! I cant say enough good things about them. From the girls at the front desk to the nurses and anesthesia team...all were the best.

My son had knee surgery here and every single member of their staff was amazing. They made our experience less painful with their words and actions. I highly recommend them.

I had my knee replacement today and the staff is wonderful ! From the front desk to the whole crew in the back..great nurses and anesthesia people..thank you all for being awesome..especially dr bicket

Do not let Dr.George Papacostas operate on you !!! My son is going on his 4th ankle surgery because of his incompetence!!! My son had to have his ankle rebroken because he didn’t properly align It!! Hardware and screws came loose at 3 months and had to be removed!! Never ordered physical therapy for my son and Ligament damage never repaired at his first surgery!! Was fired from OrthoUnited in Canton OH. Was told by staff he was fired due to sexual misconduct with the office manager and for the mistreatment off his staff members. OrthoUnited had to have Jackson Police officers remove him from the property and police were stationed for two weeks after due to safety concerns for the staff.This going on while my son was under his care !!!
