I had cataract surgery on my left eye March 10,I checked in with Makayla front desk, very kind. Preoperative staff Tyler, he was kind and made me feel comfortable. Operative/Procedure staff Jess, Betina and Michele were so kind. Recovery room was Brooke, again very kind and helpful. April 1st, I had my right eye done, front desk was Danielle again very kind, Preoperative was Megan very kind, Operative/Procedure staff Jill, Jess B., Betina, and Emily all wonderful people. Recovery room was Nancy so kind and considerant. I absolutely would recommend this place. Oh, and my surgeon was Dr. Jason Young from Roholt Vision Institute. I have read other reviews of this place and can't understand what people are complaining about. I was well taken care of!!!

While the nurses are Wonderful - the management and Administration is terrible. Please be careful when "prepaying" any charges....it takes MONTHS to get your overpayment back. They lack follow through and when they already have your money - they are in NO rush to refund. My EOB stated they paid In December 24 and I was told today it would be ANOTHER month. Literally 3 mos turnaround- Ridiculous!! Do not use Roholt or this is the center you will go to..

Not impressed here showed up 40 minutes early for a friend's appointment was told to come back 5 minutes before appointment time. Was told cataract procedure would be around 2 hours it took almost 4. I was not allowed to wait in the air conditioning was told to wait in my car in an 85° day... I sure hope they cared for my friend well,that is the best I can say for them. I'm still waiting in my car currently

Had cataract on my right eye removed this morning. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the entire staff is there. From the time you walk through the door, until you leave, they are attentive to your needs. Understanding, reassuring and thorough. Dr. Roholt is the greatest. Like most people I was a bit apprehensive but, it was a very positive experience in every way possible. Left eye next! Special thanks to my nurse Nancy, what a gem💖 Heartfelt thank you to all the staff.
