My son is in constant pain and no one is taking it seriously. I asked about a nerve block shot which I thought he was getting but come to find out the day of its a steroid shot and it made him WORSE! The doctor who I have yet to meet didn't have a clear MRI reading and still gave him the shots anyways. didnt even give my son doctors notes for school and we were told to just go to children's.

Had a wonderful experience here getting help with my arthritis in my knees. All the staff were friendly and helpful ( I’m sorry I don’t know X-ray or brace fitter ladies names), but everyone especially Kristina who went the extra mile to email some exercises were awesome. Nurse practitioner Luke & Doctor Chaudhary took time reviewing my issues. I felt heard and that they cared and wanted to help me feel better. They answered all of my questions and offered honest advice. Thank you for providing excellent care!

These people do not value you or your time. After running 2.5 hours late on multiple occasions after telling me there’s no one ahead of me and my appointment, they just don’t care. Better hope you have no other responsibilities on the day you decide to come here. Just go to Mayfield, these guys aren’t the only ones in town.

While I’ve been happy with the doctor we’ve seen at Beacon Orthopedic, the overall experience has been incredibly frustrating due to their communication system. Everything goes through a centralized call center, and it’s nearly impossible to get in direct contact with the office. I’ve had ongoing issues since August 2024, and despite multiple attempts to get messages relayed, I rarely—if ever—get a call back. Just this morning, I had yet another issue. The doctor called in a prescription for my injured son 8:30AM, but when I checked with our pharmacy, (4:00PM) they hadn’t received anything. I tried to follow up, but again, I had to go through the call center. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes, only to be told they could “send a message to the office.” That system has never worked for me—I’ve never had a message returned. I insisted on holding while they contacted a manager or someone who could actually help, but the lack of urgency and accountability was maddening. The office closed in 30 minutes at this point, and I needed someone to actually correct whatever the issue was on the prescription before they left of the day. I then got dropped into a random persons Voicemail. No idea if it was the office, or the manager at the call center. At this point, regardless of how much we like the doctor, I think it’s time to switch to Children’s Hospital so my son can get the level of care he deserves. Good medical care requires good communication, and Beacon Orthopedic’s system is simply not working. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO BEACON'S QUESTIONS - I've provided my feedback to the call center. Feel free to look at any of the documentation. Certainly you must monitor that feedback. And take action on it? I have given feedback NUMEROUS Times. I even have mentioned my frustration to people in the office and MRI center. There response was "We get more complaints about the call center than anything else" so my feedback should not be new to you. Stop wasting my time asking me to email my issues once again - and investigate and correct the issues.

Beacon's doctors have been saints in my eyes for their extreme dedication to their job. Dr. Miller, Dr. McClung and Dr. Kruier have done a great job after I was hit by a F150 at my job and then the worker put in gear and ran over my foot..2 hits. I am so happy I chose The Beacon team of doctors when this accident happened. I heard some other large firms treat you like an assembly line patient. I know I will never be the person I was before the accident but they have done fantastic for what little the workers comp has permitted so far. I often wonder what amazing results may have happened by this team if workers comp would have permitted treatments quickly after the accident without constant delays. I highly recommend them for orthapedic care, including the physical therapy recommendations. One thing is they use the newest techniques to treat the problem first before going into surgery. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. 🌠🌠🌠
