I think the NP should have been aware of my history with kidney stones and the urology group. This might have helped to make the easy decision to wait and see if it passes rather than present options requiring surgery. I do really like the doctors at the urology group, But this telehealth appointment was not worth the $40 co-pay for less than 10 minutes on the phone.

My experience here has been extremely poor. My wife had a test done here and didn’t receive the results for a month (usual for this test is 3-5 days max), long after the results were of any use. Dealing with the billing department to get the charge canceled has been nothing but frustration. Office people are helpful and say they will pass along info to a manager who will call back, but never does. This has happened multiple times, going back almost 6 months, and they are still trying to bill us, late fees, etc. UPDATE: they finally canceled the charge. I’m changing this from 1 star to 2 stars.

She was very nice, patient, and answered all my questions, even some I had to ask a couple of times because I didn’t understand completely. Her staff is also very nice. I’ve had to call them a few times with different questions that popped up, and they always get back very quickly. I look forward to continuing to work with the urology group to solve my kidney stone issues.

It’s been a little over a week since my relationship started with Michelle Davis and she’s been very supportive, understanding and she has been explaining everything to me in detail (as I requested). When I’ve called the office they have answered my concerns with in the hour. The ladies that have called me back have been pleasant and patient. I’m not the easiest person to deal with when I’m in pain BUT this team has been VERY patient, understanding and supportive. Dr.Davis has been trying to keep me comfortable until I can get rid of the kidney stone ,which isn’t an easy task. My pain tolerance is loooooow and this is my first time EVER having this issue! I’m very satisfied with the treatment that Michelle Davis’s office has provided to me!
