This place has gone downhill. At first we really liked the staff and service. Over the last decade Hines has prioritized money over quality. They suggest unnecessary anesthesia, surgeries and procedures. When given second opinions, non of it has been necessary. The staff is very pushy as well. They make you feel like what they suggest is urgent and needs done now. Use your intuition if you feel uneasy and do not comply based on their pressure. Find a different dentist who cares about your dental health more than money.

I was referred here from my dentist because my daughter is 4 years old. I absolutely loved the experience. The kids loved it as well. Walking in and it’s colorful and fun. Hands down one of the best kids dental offices I’ve seen. Everyone is very welcoming and had smiles. The dentist introduced himself, as it was our first visit. He kept eye contact and made it fun for my 4 year old so that he could do what he needed to do. My other two kids also enjoyed how fun the office was. All three got a prize at the end. Definitely recommended. 😊

Amazing experience!!! This was my son’s first visit and he LOVED it. He said he wants to come back 100 times lol. Can’t wait until his next visit : )

This place is nicely decorated for children but the service I have to give them a one star. First good luck with trying to get someone on the phone. Also their “rules” they have against patients with medicaid should be considered a discrimination tactic. My children will not be returning here

I love this place for my kids. My son Carmelo is very ADHD and full of anxiety and the staff where and are so patient and have pleasant attitudes. Coming here is definitely worth or travel. By the way my 12 yr old son is who told me to write this review as he didn’t feel scared to come today. VERY CLEAN AS WELL THANK YOU ALL
