This was the first colonoscopy performed for my mom. We were all nervous. The whole staff from nurses, registration to everybody in the backend was phenomenal. We really enjoyed everyone we had an encounter with. Everyone was so friendly! We had Dr. Mark Lindsey and he was phenomenal! Would absolutely recommend this office and will continue to schedule all appointments here.

I had a surgery done here. Things went fine with that but after paying on a small balance over a few months I got a letter threatening to take my account balance, $150, to a collection agency. I actually thought I had paid this balance, so I was surprised by the bill and the threat. A letter just stating I still had a balance would have been sufficient, especially for such a small amount. My credit happens to be excellent, and I don't take kindly to threats. It will affect any elective surgery I may choose to have in the future and where that procedure is performed.

First, I want to thank the staff, Lori, Gina, Maggie, Susan/Pam/Greg and Diane most of all Dr. Kramer for taken very good care of me during my procedure. I was a little nerves but the staff made me be more at ease. I will recommend Taylor Station Surgical Center to everyone I know that is needing this procedure done. Again thank you for the good care.
