The doctors and staff are professional but more importantly, they care! My husband has been coming here for over 15 years.

I’ve been going to the VACCO Access Center for over 10 years now and I have to say that everyone here, from the front desk managers, the nurses who get me ready for my angioplasty, the professional technicians that prep my access and take the pictures (radiologist) and then the vascular docs that do the procedure go totally over and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. Every time I have been in this clinic it has been an amazing experience. It can be scary sometimes having people work on your “lifeline” dialysis access but the staff always puts me at ease, answers all of my questions and I always get a nice snack when I leave:) I would definitely recommend VACCO Access Center!

Nurse Arlena is very rude and is extremely disrespectful..... the way she takes care of patients is not professional... she got in my poor mom face because she didn't want a certain doctor. She full on new before my mom went into surgery... she brought him in anyways while my mom is all drugged up to go into surgery... there was a note on her folder saying she didn't want a certain doctor.... the fact that she tried to take advantage of someone while there on medication is not right..... she didnt apologize nothing... not professional at all... she doesn't care about her patients wishes...
